What does Peopleology do?

I transform the way teams work together in complex, high-pressure environments, especially in infrastructure, construction, and the public sector. From project establishment workshops to executive coaching, I support leaders and teams in collaborating more effectively and delivering outcomes that matter.

Who is Peopleology for?

I work with senior leaders, project directors, alliance managers, and delivery teams involved in large, complex initiatives. If you're leading a collaborative contract, managing cross-functional teams, or dealing with competing priorities, I can help you cut through the noise and get traction.

What makes your approach different?

I blend delivery experience with behavioural science and systems thinking. My work is grounded in academic research and focused on results. I avoid jargon, tailor the approach to your setting, and care most about making a real difference.

What industries do you work with?

Most of my work is in infrastructure, transport, local government, and large-scale project environments, especially those using alliance, PPP, or other collaborative models. That said, the same principles apply to any complex, human centred environment.

Do you work with individuals as well as teams?

Yes. I offer one-on-one executive and leadership coaching, along with group programs and team-based support. Whether you're looking to build personal clarity or lift team performance, I tailor the approach to suit your goals.

Can you help if a team or project is already off track?

Yes. I’m often called in when relationships are tense, delivery is slipping, or the team’s stuck. I work quickly to uncover what’s really going on, and help reset the way people work together before the problems escalate.

Both. I regularly run in-person sessions across New Zealand and Australia, and I also deliver highly engaging online programs for hybrid or geographically spread teams.
